Marton Road is 2 number 5 storey (Class 2 B) block of flats within Middlesbrough town centre. Made up of 120 residential units, a mixture of 1 & 2 bedroom flats. Differential movement and disproportionate collapse were key factors within the design and erection. |

Dissington is a bespoke detached dwelling of luxury design and specification. With unusually high floor to ceiling heights and a complicated roof design, all of Swift’s experience and knowledge was required to complete the project on time and to specification. |
