An independent family owned business based in the North East of England, Swift Timber Homes Limited is a specialist manufacturer of timber frame buildings which has attained the UKTFA Quality Assured scheme. A young, forward-thinking company with an extensive knowledge of the timber frame industry and using MMC (Modern Method Construction), we have grown rapidly because of our commitment to offering a flexible service, a quality product and competitive prices.

Managing Director Neil Foody, who has many years experience in the construction industry, decided to specialise in the timber frame sector in 2000 because of the inherent advantages of timber as a sustainable building material for the 21st century it is ecologically sound, energy efficient, versatile and offers excellent time and cost savings.

The company supplies both the residential and commercial property markets and offers a full range of services from timber frame design to manufacture and on site erection.
